The Heart Health Panel provides an overview of your heart health status. This is used as a baseline assessment of your heart health and possible risk.
This panel includes the following tests:
There are three components provided within the Heart Health Panel.
Lipid panel: helps identify if you’re at risk of developing heart conditions.
CRPhs: may indicate inflammation in the body and therefore an increased risk of developing coronary artery disease.
Homocysteine: A blood test that helps identify if you’re at an increased risk of coronary artery disease, heart disease, heart attack, stroke, and blood clots.

Preparing for Your Visit
Please bring proper identification for your outpatient laboratory appointment. Hoan My laboratories require us to ask for patient identification at the time of registration. Please note without this identification your appointment will be delayed until you provide the correct identification. Patients can bring one of the following to use as acceptable forms of identification.
